Raw Walnut Tacos

Original Recipe Found in Add Life Cookbook by Sheri Yohe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups of raw walnuts, soaked for 1-2 hours & dehydrated or put in the oven to dry
- 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1-2 teaspoons of taco seasoning
- 2 teaspoons of coconut aminos or other soy sauce
- ¾ teaspoon of coriander, ground
- 1 ½ teaspoons of cumin, ground
PREPARATION
- Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse on and off until the consistency looks like ground burger. Do not over-process. Texture should be coarse, not fine.
- Serve with romaine lettuce leaves, topped with tomatoes, sliced avocado or guacamole, olives, or any vegetables of your choice and cheese sauce.
- Note: After soaking nuts, drain and dry before use.
